Successful implementation

Ensuring that you implement our software successfully is our priority. From the first kick-off call with our implementation team through the initial setup, configuration and data transfer we are committed to making sure you feel comfortable with the system.

 

During the implementation we:

gather your requirements during the initial calls

configure the setup on the admin and users' accounts

work with you to validate and verify the setup

we help you transfer the initial data to the system so that you can start using it right away

we help you adjust the system based on the needs emerging during the first weeks of using the system
