Head to Atlassian account creation page

Visit the website: https://id.atlassian.com/signup . 

Type your Archdesk e-mail address into the form and click Sign up.


Verify your email address

Go to your e-mail inbox and find the mail from Atlassian with your Verification code. If the code is not received, make sure to check your spam folder. Type the code into the form.


Fill in your details and create a username.

Once your e-mail is verified, provide your full name and a password. This password will be used to log into the Atlassian.


Log in to access the Archdesk Service Desk on Jira

The website should redirect you to Atlassian Dashboard, and if it doesn’t visit: 
https://id.atlassian.com/login to log in with your e-mail address and password.
