Archdesk is a construction management platform built around three connected pillars: cost control and finance, delivery and scheduling, and field records and document control. Founded in 2015 and founder-led since, Archdesk gives contractors, subcontractors and owner teams one system for the whole project lifecycle, from estimating and tendering through procurement, scheduling and site records to payments and handover. Because all three pillars run on the same system, a timesheet or delivery logged on site lands against the right budget line the same day, and project teams see margin movement while there is still time to act. The product is built in-house by one team across London, Cracow and Dubai, with a North America operation, and is backed by Beringea, Credo Ventures and MANTA RAY. External collaborators such as subcontractors, clients and consultants take part at no cost.

Most construction companies still manage projects across disconnected spreadsheets, inboxes and point tools. The costs live in one file, the schedule in another and the site record in a third, so problems surface weeks after they start. Archdesk was founded in 2015 to change that: one system where the money, the schedule and the site record are kept together, and decisions are made on live information instead of last month's report. That is the difference between reporting what a project cost and steering what it will cost. The company was founded by Michal Mojzesz and remains founder-led. The product is developed in-house by teams in London, Cracow and Dubai, working directly with the contractors, subcontractors and owner teams who run their projects on it, so the roadmap follows what live projects need rather than what demos well.

That closeness to the industry shows in the details: certified integrations with the accounting systems contractors already use, external collaborators who take part through shared forms and documents at no cost, and implementation support from people who know that month-end does not move.
