An estimate lives in one tool, the budget in another, purchase orders in a third, and site records in spreadsheets, so nobody can say what a project really costs until the invoices arrive. Archdesk answers that with a unified data model: the estimate becomes the budget, commitments and valuations post against the same cost codes, drawings and documents attach to the same work packages, and site records feed the same ledger. One record travels from tender to final account, so delivery, commercial and finance teams read the same live position instead of reconciling three copies of it.
