Every construction company runs differently. A five-person subcontractor and a general contractor delivering dozens of live projects use the same platform in very different ways, so we price on how your team will actually use it rather than a single rate card.

Two things drive the number: how many people need access, and whether you would rather pay per user or on your annual construction volume.

Office and field users are counted separately

Estimators, quantity surveyors, project managers and directors need full office access. Site teams recording site forms, daily logs and timesheets are counted on their own, so putting your field crews on the system does not have to cost the same as an office seat.

Per user, or unlimited users on construction volume

Smaller teams usually pay per user. If you would rather not count seats, pricing on annual construction volume gives you unlimited users and a cost that stays predictable as your team grows.

External collaborators are always free

Only your own team counts towards the price. Subcontractors, clients, consultants and anyone else outside your company can be invited to bid, share documents and collaborate on projects at no charge.

What never changes the price

Every quote includes all 30+ modules, from estimation and scheduling through site forms and document control to cost control and reporting, plus unlimited data, implementation and ongoing support. There are no per-module upsells to negotiate.

How is Archdesk pricing calculated?

Pricing is flexible: pay for a fixed number of users, or choose an unlimited-users package priced on your annual construction volume. Use the quote wizard to get a price tailored to your company.

Do you offer unlimited user pricing?

Yes. If you select a construction volume range, we can price the platform as an unlimited users package for predictable costs as you scale.

What is included in the 30+ construction modules?

Core workflows across the construction lifecycle, including estimation, document control, health & safety, cost control, procurement, scheduling, change orders, financial tracking, revenue tracking, WIP reporting, HR, Supplier relationship management, CRM, construction portfolio management and much more.

Is implementation and support included?

Yes. Implementation and ongoing support are included so your team can get set up quickly and keep momentum after go-live.

Can we change our plan later?

Yes. You can switch between user-based pricing and construction volume (unlimited users) as your business changes.

Do external collaborators cost extra?

No. External collaborators such as subcontractors, clients and consultants are free of charge. Only your own office and field users count towards the price.

Why is there no public price list?

Because the same platform is priced two different ways: per user for teams that want to count seats, or on annual construction volume for companies that want unlimited users.
